Improve Your Physical Wellness

Even the smallest of movements can have a great impact on your personal wellness. The National Park Service Wellness Challenge offers you many opportunities to move. We welcome you to get out, explore, start a new habit, or try something new to benefit your physical health.

Challenge 2: Reach New Elevations

Get your body moving on miles of hiking trails and paths on the Slough Trail (1.2 miles), Round Spring Loop (3.0 miles), and Alley Overlook Trail (1.3 miles) and more! You can choose to walk or roll for a short period of time or journey for many miles. Reach new elevations in the Ozark Mountains and enjoy the view.
