BOULDER CITY, Nev. - The National Park Service (NPS) announced today the selection of LMNRA Guest Services, LLC to operate Cottonwood Cove Resort and Marina on Lake Mohave.

The NPS will enter into negotiations with LMNRA Guest Services, LLC for the anticipated 25-year lease, which is expected to commence January 2024. LMNRA Guest Services, LLC is the current operator of the resort through a concession contract.

Facilities and services at Cottonwood Cove Resort and Marina include boat moorage, boat rentals, marina services, land/water-based fuel sales, lodging, food and beverage operations, retail sales, a trailer village, and recreational vehicle (RV) sites. Annual revenues average at approximately $4.8 million.
