The National Park Service is excited to announce three upcoming public open house meetings to share preliminary general management plan concepts for Valles Caldera National Preserve. The open house meetings will be held each day from 4 pm to 7 pm on May 22 in Española at the Misión y Convento, May 23 in Bernalillo at El Zócalo Plaza, and May 24 in Jemez Pueblo at the Walatowa Visitor Center.
For those unable to attend an in-person open house meeting, the National Park Service will host a virtual presentation starting at 5 pm on May 17.
Additional details about these meetings, and the upcoming public comment period for this stage of the general management plan, will be shared in the near future.
