From Wednesday, May 10, 2023 through Sunday, May, 14 2023 there are a series of special events occurring on the National Mall and Memorial Parks. In conjunction with these events there will be road closures that motorists should take into consideration.
The following road will be closed from 6 a.m. on May 10 through 11:59 p.m. on May 14:
* West Basin Drive
The following road will be closed from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on May 13:
* Ohio Drive SW in West Potomac Park
The following roads will be closed from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. on May 13:
* Jefferson Drive SW from 3rd Street to 7th Street
* Madison Drive SW from 3rd Street to 7th Street
The following roads will be closed from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. on May 13:
* Jefferson Drive SW from 7th Street to 14th Street
* Madison Drive SW from 7th Street to 14th Street
