WASHINGTON - The United States Park Police arrested the driver involved in the fatal March 15 crash on Rock Creek Parkway that killed three occupants in one of the involved cars. Nakita Marie Walker, 43, of Washington, D.C. was charged with Second Degree Murder and arrested on May 22.
