SACRAMENTO, California -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District and the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency have released a draft Supplemental Environmental Assessment (SEA) and a draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR), respectively, for the Lower San Joaquin River Project, Reach 30L of Tenmile Slough (TS30L).

USACE and SJAFCA will hold a public meeting to explain the SEA and SEIR and solicit public comment in both virtual and in-person formats on June 26, 2023. The virtual meeting will begin at 11:30 a.m. and can be accessed via web or phone at the following:

The public comment period for the SEA and SEIR extends from May 31 to July 17, 2023. Comments on the SEA may be submitted via email to spk-pao@usace.army.mil. Comments on the SEIR may be submitted to ceqacomments@sjafca.org. Please include “TS30L” in the subject line of the email.
