Rodanthe Beach Access, provided by Dare County, is one of the only accessible public beach access in the Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo area of Hatteras Island. From July 1 to Aug. 11, 2023, National Park Service and Dare County will station lifeguards at the beach from 9am- 5pm.
