Fort Spokane Visitor Center and Museum is located at Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area. The visitor center features exhibits on local natural and cultural history, as well as recreation opportunities. These exhibits go into detail on Ice Age Floods, Military History, 19th Century Native American Boarding Schools, and more.

The visitor center is within the former guardhouse of Fort Spokane and is open seasonally. Fort Spokane Visitor Center and Museum details and hours are updated through Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area.
