The following news_release was published by the Bureau of Reclamation on July 13. It is reproduced in full below.

MILLS, Wyo. - The Bureau of Reclamation has temporarily closed the access road to the Anchor Reservoir Campground at the Owl Creek Middle Fork crossing. The crossing was badly damaged by flood waters on June 12 and is impassable by vehicular traffic. The road will be closed until further notice. The repair work is tentatively scheduled for the middle of August and a follow-up news release will be issued when the work has been completed and the road has been reopened.

Anchor Dam and Reservoir are features of the Owl Creek Unit in Hot Springs County, approximately 35 miles west of Thermopolis.
