WASHINGTON - The United States Park Police (USPP) arrested the driver involved in the fatal July 12 hit-and-run crash that occurred at the intersection of 17th Street NW and Constitution Avenue NW. Benjamin Robertson, 33, of Washington, D.C., was charged with Second Degree Murder and arrested on July 27.
