Origami cranes serve as symbols of peace. Below are directions on how to make a traditional folded origami crane. There is also a template of an origami crane drawing that you can printout and color. You can write messages of peace on the cranes and hang them up.

Color an Origami Crane Drawing

Download and print the flat crane template below. To download the template, right click on the image and select “save image as" to save the template to your computer. Once downloaded and saved, the template can be printed from your computer. Color in the crane, cut out the circle, and punch a hole into it so you can hang it up with some string.
